The apartment is located in an idyllic village and has 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with WC and 1 shower. Spacious living area with large kitchen table, sofa and fully equipped kitchen; bed linen and terry towels are provided. The bus stop is right outside the front door. Train station, restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

Additional Important Information

Parking: Please park in parking space No. 17 in the underground garage. The garage door is opened with the apartment key, as is the door on the left side of the garage that leads you to the elevator that takes you to the first floor (select elevator button 2nd floor).

Very important: Please do not park your car in the visitor area, otherwise you will receive a fine or your car will be towed!

Waste disposal in AVAG garbage bags: Container on the left side of the 1st house opposite Café "alte Liebe". (The container is locked. To open the container, you need the apartment key.)
